You'll provide us with some core information via our questionnaire so that we can get to know you and your space. It is essential that we get a sense of you and your style, to get photos of your overall space and of the specific area you would like us to work our magic. There is also a simple-to-follow guide that will assist you with getting the measurements you will need to provide. It's really quite easy. Don't worry about a thing.

Once we have your design concept directives and measurements we will get to work creating a fabulous space that says YOU! It's your home…your space. It is important to us that we create a space that is a reflection of you and your sense of home.

Once your order is placed and the necessary support information provided, you can expect your design plan to be completed in 4-6 weeks.


  • Clients submit room(s) that they would like our assistance with and for a flat fee by room receive a box with all the pieces and parts they need to complete the design or redesign of their desired space.

  • You send us photos of the space and measurements (we guide the how to on that) and fill out a targeted questionnaire structured to provide us with the information needed to create "just what you are looking for".

  • We will make your selections based on your shopping preferences from available national sources. You also have the option to upgrade to KokoBoxx Extra or KokoBoxx Green which we specify from our extensive source list and have goods delivered directly to your door ready to be put in place.

  • We then go to work creating the concept.

  • You will receive room layouts to scale with all the actual pieces planned into the area, storyboards, fabric/ paint/ finish samples, and elevations, if relevant, for custom built- ins* or kitchen designs*. We provide all the information on the pieces and parts you need to bring the design to life.
